CO2 TAX SPECIAL TARGETS 2021
Vehicle manufacturers that produce less than 300,000 vehicles in Europe within the same calendar year will receive a special CO2 tax target. These are the vehicle brands with a special target.
The CO2 taxcalculation for vehicle brands with a special target is carried out exclusively on the basis of CO2 emissions and vehicle weight. TheCO2 Ordinance regulates the legal framework for this regulation.
